Come practice Kaiut Yoga at the Mariposa Collective Studio in Essex Junction. This practice will works to provide a deep sense of relaxation while working with the body in a way that prepares us for modern living. When we look at our modern way of living, we tend to demand less from the body (sedentary) and more from the mind (stress). In the yoga room, we can provide a controlled environment to deliver a safe approach to find balance between the two. Thus dropping the nervous system into a more relaxed state and also creating therapeutic benefits inside the body via the poses. This can lead a ripple effect which will impact the rest of the body including soft tissues. Please reach out to Julia with any questions. Suggested cost $20.
