Equipment Recommendations
Bolsters. These are the most commonly used prop and a worthy investment. Sunshine Yoga has the best size match for the Kaiut style bolsters, click here. You’ll want to remove about 4 inches of batting and redistribute the rest. Alternatively feel free to use your own pillows, couch cushions, rolled up blankets, or other options.
Yoga Mat. Any ordinary yoga mat will work. Also not required as long as you have a non-slip surface especially for standing poses.
Blocks. Books work wonderfully as a substitute. If interested in purchasing, we recommend a wooden block, thus the body adapts to the block. Amazon has some here.
Straps. Any yoga strap or strap substitute works. Dog leash, belt, neck tie, scarf, etc.
Space. If practicing at home please have a wall available. The more you practice the more you will understand why. It’s all about improving circulation!
Chairs. Never hurts to have available and some classes will require. The sturdier the better.

Classroom links. Practice Kaiut Yoga in the comfort of your own space. After registering for a class you will receive a Zoom link to join the class.
Live Classes & Recordings. When you sign up for class you can either take that class live OR if you are unable to make the live class time, you will receive a link to the recording so you can take class when you have time.
Stay Connected. We encourage students to stay in communication with us about how practice is going and any questions that arise. The Online Classroom opens 15 mins before the start of class and the teacher will be there if you wanted to check in through voice or chat. Alternatively send us an email. We want to hear from you!
